Terms and Conditions
The use of our website implies the total agreement by the user with the current conditions to be found in the pages of our website. The contract is deemed to be in force once payment for the print has been made and the following terms and conditions shall apply:

FAR SL reserves the right to change these terms at any time and will make clients aware of any such changes by posting them online. Please review our terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by FAR SL. Your continued use of www.far-sl.com after changes are posted will signify that you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.
Use of content
You may not copy, reproduce, re-publish, download, post, broadcast, transmit or otherwise use any of the content of our website in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any content of our website except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of www.far-sl.com content requires the prior written permission of FAR SL or relevant copyright owners.
Images of people or places displayed on this site are either the property of FAR SL, or used with permission of the copyright owner. The use of these images by you, or anyone else authorized by you, is prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms & Conditions or specific permission provided elsewhere on the Site. Any unauthorized use of the images may violate Copyright Laws, Trademark Laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.
Copyright
The client must own the copyright (or have permission from the copyright holder to reproduce their image) of any material supplied to

FAR SL reserves the right not to accept any material which is believed to be an infringement of copyright law or any other material which is deemed to be immoral or illegal.
Owners of the copyright, intellectual property rights and reproduction rights are and will remain the authors (and/or the holders of the legal rights of the photographs and images).
Customs and Excise
Foreign shipments are subject to the customs regulations of the country to which they are sent. FAR SL. is not responsible for any violation of these regulations, or for securing import licenses. It is the sole responsibility of the client to handle any customs questions or issues or to settle any official actions taken as a result of an attempt to deliver the purchases.
Limitation of liability
If any of our products are delivered damaged or defective, we cannot be held liable, unless you notify us in writing by email of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the products. This does not affect your rights of cancellation as below.
FAR SL will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any such occurrence and FAR SL shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the price paid where you are so entitled.
By ordering any photograph exposed on our website you declare to be aware and accept, that colour, grey-scale, contrast or the rendering of details on a screen may not exactly match original prints, due to ICC Profiling.
Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of the prints we produce. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will send you a replacement print or offer you a refund, minus the cost of shipping, on the proviso that the poor quality of the print was not associated with the condition of the original image. However, as each image is inspected before and after printing, this scenario is most unlikely.
In this case we ask that you return the print to us in the original packaging, so that we can examine the print ourselves. The cost of the return postage will be the responsibility of the client.
Disputes
Any actions or transactions derived from or related with this web site are bound by Spanish Law. The Courts of Barcelona, Spain are elected to settle any doubts arising from the use of this web site, excluding any other Court, as privileged it may be.
Cancellation/ Refund Policy
To cancel your contract you must notify us in writing. You should use the email contact address set out in the Order Form.
FAR SL will refund your payment for the price for the products after deducting the costs of any digital manipulation to the original image, postage, packaging and shipping provided. The products are re-dispatched by you to us at your cost, by means of secure packaging within 7 days of delivery.
If the products are damaged, you are required to notify us with all the relevant details in order that FAR SL can properly assess that damage. Failure to do so may result in a refund being refused.
In the event of cancellation by you and if you do not return the products delivered to you then we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the products from the amount due to be re-credited to you.
If the products you have ordered through this site are bespoke and created explicitly and uniquely for you we are not able to offer you a refund or cancellation once the order has been accepted. However, this does not affect your statutory rights.
Payment
All prices are inclusive of IVA (tax) at 16% (where applicable). Shipping, postage, packaging and transit insurance are charged as an extra, and are correct at the time of entering the information onto our database. The total cost of your order is the price of products ordered, plus delivery charges as stated upon the website and detailed on the order form.
For all orders received for shipment beyond the boundaries of the European Union; any applicable duties for the import of products into chosen countries from the UK are the responsibility of you, the ordering customer
Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the payment section of this website. By placing an order, you confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is your own, or is being used with full authorization of the card holder.
All credit and debit card holders will be subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment to us we will not be able to process your order, nor will we be liable for any delay or non-delivery of product(s) as a result.
Once the credit card payment has been processed and payment in full for the print received, then FAR SL will send to you confirmation by email of your order to the email address you have provided for on your order form.
All payments must be made in Euros.
To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into contracts under Spanish law you must:
Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, invoice address and delivery address and payment information, be 18 or over years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card.
By making an offer to buy products, you specifically authorize us to transmit information or to obtain information about you from certain third parties specific to financial authorization including but not limited to your debit or credit card number and credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.
Delivery
The supplier will deliver the products ordered by you to the address you give on the Order Form for delivery.
Events Beyond Our Control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver the products you have ordered, or any delay in doing so, or for any damage or defect to products delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, a breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
Third Party Rights
Except for the supplier, our directors, employees or representatives, a person who is not a party to the Contract has no right to enforce or alter any term of the Contract.
Governing Law
The Contract between FAR SL and its clients shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law and the Barcelona Courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with our current Web Site Prices, Delivery Details, Contact Details, Legal Notice and Privacy Policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the products to you by FAR SL. Nothing said by any salesperson on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorized representation about the nature or quality of any products offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
